It's been very cold in New York lately. Actually, it is now, and even snowing. Therefore, it’s especially tempting to think of sunny and warm Los Angeles (even though it wasn’t that warm this time) and recollect my recent vacation. So here it is, one more piece of my last trip to California and an outfit, photos of which were taken a couple of weeks ago in Downtown LA.
Here I paired one of my latest loves, Sam Edelman spiked loafers, with destroyed skinny jeans (last seen here), quilted trench raincoat, metallic boyfriend beanie and, as a final touch, a new sequin stripe sweater. At first, this "salad" tasted funny to me… A polished trench coat along with a pair of extremely informal jeans and a boyfriend beanie, plus sequins, lurex and spikes; kind of the mix of unmixable things. Nevertheless, eventually it turned out to be quite delicious. The secret is that sometimes if something doesn’t feel right, it means it’s exactly what you should wear and what will succeed. What do you think? Have you ever had a similar "outfit situation"?
Wishing you all an amazing, inspiring and fantastically fun weekend!!!
